JerDon, Sara, and PaMai

A family that plays together, stays together. But what happens when you throw work in the mix?
JerDon & Sara have worked, played and stayed with one another for 7 years now, and they wouldn't have it any other way.
Both claiming in unison that we are soul mates!
We fit together like finding the right fit in shoes, says Sara.
JerDon fires back, Yep!

We just adore each other, and each day we ask each other, what can we do for fun and to have a good laugh?
Without missing a beat... Three year old PaMai looks at all of us and very quickly grabs and pulls JerDon's Toupee off his head and throws it out the window.
Of course it landed in the fish pond. lol
"Well there ya go FUN JerDon says, laughing all the way outside to put it back on his head"
And immediately a small fish flipped out of his hairpiece, as he put that dripping wet thingy on his head.
See JerDon said: We just have fun!
JerDon proceeded to hang it on his golden retriever Burger to let it dry!
Now that was funny!
Since you both work this business together, how do you make it work on a day-to-day basis?
A lot of times people ask us.
"How are you married and yet you work together?"
Said Sara...
"The key is doing a good job of balancing family time and work time."
And the most important thing is not to take life or ourselves too seriously.
I mean who can really take Jer seriously? Hmm?
As she glances at that hairpiece on Burger's head dripping water all over the living room floor. lol
Suddenly JerDon stood up and tickled Sara and she took off like a 5 year old leaving me all alone to sip green tea.
There we were me and Burger, and I swear Burger was just shaking his head with a grin.
I had a feeling that is the way it is, most of the time with these two. lol
For over 8 years Sara and I have had more fun laughing at each other, than I personally did in my previous 57 years without Sara.
Professionally JerDon "Focuses on all of the marketing and all the business side of things"
I focus on behavior, weight loss, and the nutrition side of dieting and overall health..
Together, we help our clients change old habits and get the most out of their lives.
Personally Sara says "I'm extremely laid-back and well, JerDon is more, uhh how do I say it in English?"....
High Energy to say the least.
JerDon Adds "We're a great complement to each other because we provide the other with all the necessary balance to our strengths."
JerDon & Sara have found the adoption of their 3 year old daughter, PaMai, has helped them keep work and play in check, too.
JerDon, Sara told me that before she met you, she had never been kissed, and that she was 35 at the time, is that right?
Well yes it is true Sara had never ever been kissed, in fact she had only held hands with a guy once, and that was to cross a very dangerous roadway.
Can you describe to us your first kiss then?
JerDon takes a quick glance at Sara and smiles, Sara giggles and winks.
The big moment came after I had been coaching her with an orange on how to kiss.
So I told her to close her eyes, and she puckered up her sweet lips, and she tightened her eyes so tight that I couldn't help but chuckle.
I then closed my eyes an got my mushy lips ready and....AND...
"We Missed!"
